Payment must be received in order to guarantee your spot in the tournament. Pre-payment may only be done with a valid credit card (PayPal). If you pay cash, it can only be done on the day of the tournament (To gurantee your spot beforehand, you must pre-pay with a credit card), We will not be accepting cheques this year.

Due to venue restrictions, there will be a cap on the number of teams accepted for each event. These are:

There is a possibility that these caps will be increased slightly. After you have registered, please make sure that your name appears on the list of registered players. If you do not see your name on there after 24 hours, please e-mail us to let us know. If the event is full, you will be placed on a waiting list.
